Junior High Course Offerings

Year-Long Courses are indicated by an "A/B" in their course number (e.g. EN105A/BDLF). Each segment of the course indicates one semester and is worth 0.5 credit. Therefore, you must take both halves of the course (e.g. EN105ADLF and EN105BDLF) to receive a full year (1.0) credit for the course.

We offer Credit Recovery options for some courses. These courses are only available for students who received an "F" when taking the original course (note: W/F does not count toward this requirement). Credit recovery courses offer pre-tests for students to "test out" of some material they already know. Upon completion of a credit recovery course, a missed half credit is added to the transcript. However, the original failing grade from the class still remains on the transcript. To replace the failing grade, the student must repeat the regular version of the course. Please see your counselor for further information.
