Gilbert Public Schools Facilities Rental Department is
excited to open our doors to the community, non-profit groups, small
business and big business. Gilbert has forty (40) schools with a variety
of facilities to meet your organization’s needs. You can rent a ball
field, gymnasium, classroom, multi-purpose room, auditorium, cafeteria
and more! We look forward to working with you.
Governing Board Policy
“School buildings and facilities shall be made available for community
use as freely as is consistent with state statues, policies and
regulations of the Governing Board of the Gilbert Public Schools, and
consistent with the needs of the school or of the School District”

How to Apply:
- Please read before you begin: Use our link to navigate to the calendar page. In the upper right hand corner of the calendar page you will see: Welcome Guest! Log in to Request Facility Use. Click on the words: Log in to Request Facility Use.
- If you do not have an account, click on Create One.
- After you create an account you will have access to the GPS Facility Rental Application.
- Click HERE to begin your application.
Your request will be submitted for
approval to the principal or personnel responsible for the facility.
Once approval is received, your request is entered into the District
scheduling software. A permit will be issued and e-mailed to you along
with an estimate of costs for facility use. Do not advertise events
until FINAL APPROVAL is received.Rental Policies & Procedures Manual
NOTE: All applications must be
submitted prior to June 15 to be processed and approved for use during
the month of August.

is very important to GPS, please read through the information provided

Application Submission Schedule:
The date of application submission varies based on the time of year the
activity will be conducted- see below for the earliest submission date.
Requests will continue to be accepted throughout the year on a
first-come, first served basis with a 10 day minimum advance.
