 2013-2014 Registration Timeline

Current Juniors

January 17                            Counselors present information about graduation requirements and the registration process to students in English classes.

Students complete Course Request Forms prior to meeting with counselors.

January 22-30                     Counselors meet individually with students in English classes to complete credit checks, answer questions about registering for classes and collect the Course Request Forms.

 

Current Sophomores

January 31                            Counselors present information about graduation requirements and the registration process to students in English classes.

Students complete Course Request Forms prior to meeting with counselors.

February 6-13                      Counselors meet individually with students in English classes to complete credit checks, answer questions about registering for classes and collect the Course Request Forms.

 

Current Freshmen

February 1                             Counselors present information about graduation requirements and the registration process to students in English classes.

Students complete Course Request Forms prior to meeting with counselors.

February 11-15                      Counselors meet individually with students in English classes to complete credit checks, answer questions about registering for classes and collect the Course Request Forms.

 

Current 8th Graders     Desert Ridge Junior High & Highland Junior High

February 25                 Incoming Freshmen Parent Night at DRHS Auditorium 6:30 PM

February 19-21                          DRHS Counselors present at Desert Ridge Junior High
February 22                             DRHS Counselors present at Highland Junior High
 

March 1                                     Forms due to Junior High English Instructors

                                               

Reminder

Per Gilbert Public Schools Governing Board policy, seniors are expected to enroll in a minimum of four (4) credit-bearing classes during their senior year.  This means that seminary and study hall DO NOT count toward this requirement.  Please see your counselor as soon as possible with any questions.
