New Vendor Registration Process
Gilbert Public Schools has contracted with AZPurchasing.org to facilitate its vendor registration and bidder’s list. All interested vendors MUST register online to be considered for current and future bidding opportunities. Gilbert Public Schools will no longer maintain its bidder’s list internally.
How To register as a Bid Vendor
Visit www.azpurchasing.org and set up your company and point of contact information. This registration is FREE to vendors! By registering, your company will receive e-mail notifications of future RFPs and IFBs issued by Gilbert Public Schools as well as all of the other member school districts. We urge you to visit this site and view all the benefits of enrolling as a registered vendor.
This form is required from all vendors prior to the issuance of a District purchase order. It is not necessary to have this form completed and on file in order to receive bid opportunities — it is only required prior to the issuance of a purchase order.
