The FY 2012 Projected Expenditures Documents are provided to give the public an easy to understand version of the operational spending for Gilbert Public Schools. The district is open to suggestions that will help the public better understand school finance in Gilbert Public Schools.

FY12 Sources details the sources of funds that are used to represent the district operational budget including the Federal and State Grant funds to support education.
FY12 Operating Expenditures provides a high level chart of school expenditures.
FY12 Non-Instruction People is a breakdown of the projection of spending by functional area.
FY12 Non-Labor is a breakdown of the projection of spending for anything that does not represent salaries, benefits or labor services.
All Units Object Categories is standard format for reporting spending in the entire district.
All non-school departments are represented in the District Offices document. The District-Wide page represents expenses that have not been assigned to individual schools or departments. The majority of these expenses include substitute teachers.

All schools are represented in this file. Title schools have a “-T” after their name, indicating a significant population of low-income families.

The Positions file represents positions that have been coded in the payroll system as of the first week in February, which typically includes the 100th Day of instruction. The data represents a point-in-time look at the positions in the district.
